Hasan Murad
Executive Chairman
Hasan has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry which have been honed across a wide range of high profile, multibillion-dollar projects within the power, marine, dredging, rail, mining and major LNG related infrastructure sectors. With a unique blend of commercial acumen, legal practice and engineering knowledge, Hasan currently is the executive commercial manager for Genus Group and was the head of infrastructure business at Qatar Petroleum/North Field LNG which included being accountable for infrastructure projects including almost USD 8 billion expenditure on port expansion, common cooling facilities and LPG tank farm common areas.
Dr. Howard Carr
Non-Executive Director
Howard has over 25 years investment analysis and business development experience within the natural resources, agri-business, and biotech sectors. He was formerly Executive Technical Director at ASX-listed gold & nickel explorer “Segue Resources”, CEO of TSX(V)-listed gold explorer “Maudore Minerals”, Senior Resource Analyst at Macquarie Securities and Macquarie Capital, Managing Director of ASX-listed, tungsten/gold explorer “Vital Metals”, Managing Director of ASX-listed MetalsX subsidiary “Agaton Phosphate”, Investment Manager at Biotech Venture Capital Fund “MWEP” and IP Commercialisation and Innovative Agriculture Manager at the Western Australian Department of Agriculture.
Warren Hallam
Non-Executive Director
Warren is a Metallurgist (B. App Sci (Metallurgy)), a Mineral Economist (MSc (Min. Econ)) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Business. He has been involved in the mining industry for over 35 years’ in various technical, managerial and financial roles across a broad range of commodities, predominately Gold, Copper, Nickel, Tin and Iron ore. Warren was a member of the senior leadership team at Metals X (both as Executive Director and Managing Director) and played a critical role in the development of Metals X into a leading global tin and top-10 gold producer. Warren also has held a range of senior operational, strategic and business development roles with diversified ASX-100 resource companies and has held several Managing Director roles, notably with Metals Exploration, Metals X, Capricorn Metals and Millennium Minerals. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed Nelson Resources and Kingfisher Mining and is a Non-Executive Director of Essential Metals.
Agha Shahzad
Chief Financial Officer
Agha is an experienced corporate accountant, CFO and Company Secretary, with over 10 years’ experience working with ASX-listed companies.
Agha currently holds the roles of Chief Financial Officer at Equinox Resources Limited (ASX: EQN) and Pathfinder Resources Limited (ASX:PF1). Prior to this, he held numerous roles at Resonance Health Limited (ASX:RHT) including Senior Financial Accountant, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Mr Pervez was instrumental in the corporate restructuring of RHT in 2017, and contributed to the significant growth of the company during his tenure.
Harry Spindler
Company Secretary
Harry is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience, having held various company secretary positions and been involved with several public company listings, merger and acquisition transactions and capital raisings for ASX-listed companies across a diverse range of industries over the past 22 years.
Harry is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Harry began his career in corporate recovery and restructuring at one of Australia’s leading independent financial advisory and restructuring providers Ferrier Hodgson (now KPMG) and has for the past 12 years worked for corporate advisory firm, Indian Ocean Consulting, through which he has advised a number of clients in a range of industries. Harry also held positions as company secretary for a number of ASX-listed companies, including Sino Gas & Energy Holdings Ltd (ASX: SEH; ASX 300); an Australian energy company focused on developing gas assets in China and Balkan Mining and Minerals Limited (ASX: BMM); a lithium borate exploration company focused on the early-stage exploration in the Balkans.
